How to access the views and navigation history of a user?

Go to the PCG admin portal. Please click on the "Analytics" menu link to go to the analytic home. In the Search, please enter the user id and you will get the list of all the visits of the user. Each visit will have the details on number of pages, landing and exit page detail etc.

 Also there is an icon to display the page by page navigation for each visit. This will give you the great insight into the user's intention of visiting your website, and from where the user came to your website and when user exited from your website etc.
